Carolyn has been in Compliance for 18 years Carolyn has worked in a number of jurisdictions including the UK, Isle of Man, Bahamas and Barbados. Carolyn established compliance regimes for four areas of a major international banking group, acted as the Regional Compliance Manager and Regional Money Laundering Reporting Officer for fourteen jurisdictions and the day to day management of a team of Compliance Managers. Carolyn is a Fellow of the ICA, with extensive experience in the banking, insurance and investment industries. Carolyn is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, holds the Financial Planning Certificate and H15 Supervision and Sales Management qualifications, is a LIMRA accredited trainer and holds a degree in Business Management and is CAMS accredited and a member of the Association of Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialists.
