Biography:
Veronica Weir is an experienced Compliance Professional with seventeen years financial services industry experience working in the USA and the UK. Veronica has a background in the global custodian arena working in operations, systems support, product management and performance and risk roles. The past ten years have been exclusively dedicated to regulatory compliance roles. Her specialist knowledge is fund management both retail and institutional and financial crime training and support. She has been involved in and managed several business critical projects and the implementation of the Money Laundering Directives. She is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
